If you surf the Internet on daily basis, you probably seen this often – the loading indicator. It tells you that you should wait while the content is being fetched.
As a web designer and developer, clearly prompting this icon while we process the content for browser is very important. You don’t want to confuse your visitors that the page is hanged, idle or there’s no activity. Activity Indicator is a jQuery plugin that renders a translucent activity indicator (spinner) using SVG or VML. It allows you to add a nicer loading indication – a little feel good effect while waiting for content to load.
Activity Indicator supports all major browser we are using today: Firefox 2.0, Safari 3, Internet Explorer 6 and Opera 10.6.
